REPLACEMENTS OR REFUND

All our plush toys are handcrafted with love for your toddlers and every product from a different batch may have slight colour variations. All our products undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched. Therefore, requests for replacement or refund will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit, or you have received the incorrect product from our end. In order to accept your request for replacement or refund, we will require photograph(s) of the damaged or incorrect item along with the order id and these details need to be sent to care@pandasbox.in or +918810402508 (WhatsApp) within 72 hours of receiving the product clearly stating replacement or refund needed as the subject line of the mail.

  • If you choose to get a replacement, we will pick up and replace the product free of cost.
  • If you choose to get a refund instead of a replacement for a defective/damaged product, it will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7 working days of the product return being accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and the same condition as you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If the product return mail is received after 72 hours of receiving the product.
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
  • If a wrong product was ordered by mistake.
