Panda’s Box is committed to delivering your orders in  perfect condition within a given time frame. We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays & public holidays.

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Shipping costs

• We offer free shipping on all orders; however, we charge Rs. 75 extra for next day delivery.
• We charge Rs. 50 on COD orders and each extra unit purchased will be subject to an extra charge of Rs. 50.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/whatsApp notification which will include a tracking number that you can use on our website to track your order. In case your order is not delivered within 5-7 working days of dispatch, please drop us an email at care@pandasbox.in and we will take it from there.

What do I do if my courier bag is tampered with?

In case you receive a packaging bag that is not sealed properly or has been tampered with, please take a video of the product while opening the bag and taking the product out. You may need this while making a claim.

International Shipping

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not available for international shipments.
